A responsive, grid-based bootstrap using LESS and featuring a sticky footer.
This is my personal bootstrap, based on some "best practices" I use. It's not perfect, it's not feature-rich, but just therefore it is the perfect starting point for me.

For me, this is a must. I hate it when a footer jumps up and down when changing pages.
